Why a subscription instead of one price?
Two reasons. The AI tutor costs us money every time you use it, so unlimited AI access only works on a recurring model. And question banks are living documents: we update them as exam blueprints change, which is ongoing work. The upside for you: most people only need one or two months. Study hard, pass, cancel.
Monthly or yearly: which should I pick?
If your exam is inside the next 60 days, monthly is usually cheapest. Yearly costs less per month and fits longer runways: nursing school admission cycles, license courses that run a semester, or if you want to keep drilling after you pass. Some yearly plans include a free trial, shown in the app.
How do I cancel?
Through Apple, in about ten seconds: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → pick the app → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. We never make you email anyone or "talk to retention."
What happens to my progress if I cancel?
Nothing. Your progress, streaks, and readiness history stay on your device. You drop back to the free tier's limits, and everything unlocks again if you resubscribe.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com. If you're stuck, email qtechdev1@gmail.com and we'll help you through it.
